Returns

**Please be advised that our return process has a standard timeline and all returns will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of the returned package. We endeavor to complete returns as swiftly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a processing time shorter than this 30-day window. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to ensure every return is managed accurately and fairly.**

We want your shopping experience at KK Bloom Boutique to be absolutely amazing! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. Please read the following return restrictions:

  1. To qualify for a refund, your return must be made within 10 days of your order ship date. Return attempts after the 10 days will not be accepted for a refund.
  1. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, returns must be requested within 15 days of your order ship date. Return attempts after 15 days will not be accepted.
  2. We must physically receive your return package within 21 days of providing you a return label, or it may be refused. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  1. Sale & discounted  items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  1. Heavily discounted items ( 40% or more) are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  1. Items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.
  1. Please note we charge an $8 return label fee.
  1. If you are returning an order for a refund, the $8 return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Want FREE returns? Select store credit or Exchange and we will waive the return shipping fee! (Sale exclusions may apply).
  1. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
  1. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  1. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  1. Once an order has been fulfilled, no changes can be made.
  2. Any orders marked as "Delivery Refused" by the carrier and returned to us are eligible for a store credit refund only.

Modified Policy

If you return more than $2,000 during a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

Conditions

  1. Items must not be worn, altered, washed, and they must be free of any makeup, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or debris.
  1. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.
  1. Original tags must be attached and be in their original packaging.
  1. We do not refund outgoing shipping.
  1. Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  2. Gift cards, beauty products, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  3. Jewelry is eligible for store credit only.
  4. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  5. Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects.

In-Store Pick Up Return Policy

For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange for a store credit. No refunds. Store credit never expires. If you would like to be able to use your credit in store AND online please contact us at support@shopkkbloom.com so we can create your online code.

Returning Swimwear

Please be kind to fellow KK Bloom lovers and try on over underwear for sanitary reasons.  Do not remove the protective liner. If the protective liner has been removed, we will not accept your return.
